- Live Classes & Coaching Packages: Refunds for live coaching programs or class packages may be considered under specific conditions outlined below.
- Trial Periods: If a trial period is offered, no refunds will be processed once the trial ends and the subscription converts to a paid plan.
2. Refund Request Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- The following conditions must be met for eligibility:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course or attended more than two live sessions.
- Proof of technical issues (e.g., inability to access the platform) preventing course usage must be provided.
- The reason for the refund aligns with our fair use policy, such as dissatisfaction due to non-delivery of promised features.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind or lack of time to complete the course.
- Poor internet connectivity or hardware/software issues on the user’s side.
- Discounted or promotional purchases (e.g., festival offers, limited-time sales).
